Most people hang up before the pitch, need to text extensions to transfer calls- if they take too long, y'all lose the client, bonuses don't count unless somebody joins/subscribes, hours weren't flexible.

We appreciate the posters response. Nosotros are a flake skeptical that this is a legitimate post considering we practise not have employees for that position in California. Only nosotros will reply to the comments as such: 'Skillful Hours, Skillful Pay if full fourth dimension is worked.' This is accurate. If y'all piece of work your total, scheduled shift, it does generate the highest compensation package. 'Bonuses don't count unless someone subscribes.' This is authentic. All team members earn base pay for their work, regardless of sales. However – we as well offer a bonus plan tied to leads that turn into a auction (leads that generate revenue). So yes – extra bonuses are also triggered when a sale or subscription occurs. 'Understand people may take things to practise during the twenty-four hours.' We understand. We post job opportunities for team members to work a scheduled shift. Aside from sick days and holiday days, we look to our team members to show upwards for and fulfill their shift. If there are social or personal events that regularly happen during scheduled shifts and forbid a squad member from showing up to work those shifts, then the job that was interviewed for and accepted – and which gave the team member, upfront, an established fourth dimension schedule (usually 7-four) - may not be the best fit for the individual.
